Silk Kimono With 'Genji-ko' Pattern (Vintage 1912-1945)

- Age: From the Taisho era (1912-1926) or early Showa era 1926-1989)
- Fabric & Pattern: 100% silk exterior and lining. Pattern of a royal garden and clouds within a 'Genji-ko' (ancient Japanese incense game), which is dyed. The base textile has a woven damask 'hishi' (diamond) and flower pattern
- Condition: Very good vintage condition. Please read details below
- Care: Dry clean only
Size
Kimono tend to have a long length due to how they are traditionally worn. Therefore, they can be full length for modern unconventional styling on taller people. Shorter people might need them hemmed if they plan to wear Kimono in a non-traditional style

Length from back of neck to bottom of hem: 60 3/4" (154cm)
