Cost of Shipping For Retail Customers

USA: Free shipping on all items! Throw pillows include our superior quality down/feather pillow inserts
Canada: Free standard shipping on orders of $350 or more! NOTE: Pillow purchases include cushion covers only (no pillow inserts) to enable low flat rate or free shipping. Flat rate Standard International (2-3 business day) shipping $15.90 for all orders below $350
International Shipping Everywhere Else (most locations): Free Express International (2-5 business days) shipping with orders of $350 or more! NOTE: Pillow purchases include cushion covers only (no pillow insert) to enable low flat rate or free shipping. Flat rate Express International shipping $24.90 for all orders below $350 USD for most locations. If your location does not qualify, we will email you with exact charges and you can choose whether to proceed with your order

Customs Duties & Taxes: The customer is responsible for any international duties or taxes for import to their location

Creation Time to Prior to Your Shipping Time

Kimono, Haori, & Vintage Accessories: Ship within 2 business days
Scarves: Ship within 2 business days
Pillows/Cushion Covers: Ship 2-3 weeks or sooner. Custom Pillows may have a lengthier creation time depending on your specifications
Rush Orders: If you need your order ASAP, CONTACT US FOR RUSH ORDERS and we will let you know within 1 business day if we can accommodate your timeframe

Ships either via USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx

East Coast of USA: 1-3 business days
All other areas of USA, including Alaska & Hawaii: 3-4 business days
Canada: 2-3 business days
International (most locations): 2-5 business days
You will be contacted by email or text with updates on your order and given tracking number when shipped
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier

Damaged Packages

If your item arrives with significant damage to the exterior of the package, either do not accept the package or take photos of the exterior prior to opening, and notify the carrier for a claim if your item(s) are damaged

Returns

NOTE ABOUT VINTAGE: These are vintage and antique textiles, and some are combined with genuine lambskin leather. Both textiles are expected to have some imperfections. Any major imperfections, such as stains, pronounced discolorations or other major defects, are pointed out in the listings with photos. However, there will likely be additional minor imperfections (e.g., possibly tiny snags, pinholes on edges, slight discolorations, small dyestuff imperfections). We have judged these imperfections as insignificant when the item is in use. Please refrain from purchasing if some vintage imperfections are unacceptable to you
CONTACT US FOR RETURNS You can arrange either an exchange or a refund using your original form of payment. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition with tags. CONTACT US FOR AUTHORIZATION. RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED IF DELIVERED BACK WITHIN 30 DAYS AFTER THE DATE THAT YOU RECEIVED YOUR ORDER. The buyer is responsible for return shipping with tracking and insurance if applicable based on the purchase value of the returned item(s)
Custom Pillows & Scarves: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom items. You are welcome to complimentary fabric and leather swatch colors prior to your order
