- Condition of This Japanese Silk: Good vintage condition - it has some small patinas. Please only purchase if you can accept some imperfections inherent to vintage & antique textiles. 100% Silk. Technique: Dye. It is from an unused fabric bolt that was made for Juban (kimono undergarment) and has a very soft feel

- How to Spot Clean Pillow Covers: If a spill occurs, just wipe off the material. If there is still visible residue, spot clean with a mild dish soap and cold water, then pat dry. The stain pre-treatment will last a few years with normal frequency of cleaning. You can then reapply Vectra 16 as needed in future years
- Avoid prolonged display in direct sunlight
- Care of Down/Feather Pillow Inserts: Machine wash in cold water & dry on medium heat. Do not bleach
